Therapeutic Education
At Niche Care, we offer an integrated, therapeutic education programme that is tailored to meet the varied and complex needs of each individual young person.
While we value academic achievement, our programme equally prioritises nurturing creativity, critical thinking, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our aim is to foster inquisitive thinking, creativity, a love of learning, independent skills and attainment of potential – not purely academic, but all-round.
Integrated Learning
Our registered independent schools can accommodate young people in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (11-17) and we offer a range of formal qualifications (GCSE, Functional Skills, ASDANs and AQA Unit Award certificates) alongside fun, engaging enrichment programmes and bespoke on- and off-site Project-Based Learning modules.
Our curriculum integrates social and emotional learning, helping young people develop self-regulation, empathy, and communication skills as part of their daily experience.
Tailored Support
All young people are supported through personalised learning plans that reflect their EHCPs, emotional and cognitive development, and their educational history.
Across the company and within the school, we use a trauma-informed approach, recognising the impact of early adversity on learning, and building strong, trusting relationships as the foundation of engagement.

Our curriculum is carefully designed to re-engage young people who may have experienced extended periods of disrupted education due to school refusal, exclusion, or adverse experiences.
